Hebrews 11:1
Now faith is the substance of things HOPED for and the evidence of things not seen.

Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.

For in this hope we are saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has? But if we hope for what we do not yet have we wait for it patiently.
 



Please pray and agree with us:
 
God we know your Word says that You are the "same yesterday, today, and forever" (Hebrews 13:8). So we know that You are a big God who can still do what seems to be the impossible. Father, we're gathered here this evening to ask You to do someting amazing.
 
1. Father, the Bible clearly shows us that Jesus loved the children and was concerned about their well being. So God, WE PRAY for the safety of children that others are plotting against. And Father, WE PRAY that those intending evil will be caught and harshly punished.
 
2. Father, WE PRAY for those who took Branson from his family. They may think that no one knows what they did, but we know Father that You are fully aware of all things. Indeed, nothing escapes your notice.

    *  We know Your Word says that the Holy Spirit will convict people of sin. And so we ask that You will convict those who have done wrong to Branson, so that they would come forward with the information we are looking for.
    * God, while it may be difficult for us to forgive, we know that while Jesus was being crucified by evil doers, He prayed "Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing" (Luke 23:34). So God, help us be like Jesus - help us to forgive so that our hearts do not become callous.
    * And Father we know that Your love is far reaching and that You desire all to be saved. And so we ask that you would save the souls of those who took Branson, so that they would find forgiveness.

3. Father, WE PRAY for those others who know what happened to Branson. WE PRAY that You will give them the courage they need to step forward. After 7 years, people may begin to think it won't make a difference. God, help them understand that it will - that we need the answers they can supply.

4. Father, WE PRAY for law enforcement and the others who are helping us find answers. WE PRAY for cooperation. Cooperation from officials who will follow up on possible leads. Cooperation from the media who have so graciously kept Branson in the news.

5. Father, WE PRAY for Branson. We know he may already be in Your presence, in the arms of a loving God. Yet Father, we also wonder if he is still among us. If so, WE PRAY that You will help him in ways we do not fully understand. Through Your help, provide him with the strength to return home.

6. Father, WE PRAY for Becky. WE PRAY for Your Holy Spirit, the comforter, helper, and counselor to touch her. WE PRAY for Your generous compassion and abounding mercies to fill her spirit. Father, give her the supernatural ability to hand this most difficult of situations completely over to You. God WE PRAY You will give her peace - rest - in the midst of this storm.

7. Father, WE PRAY that though we live in a world of sin, You will help us to shine the light of Jesus Christ. Help us remember that the light always dispels the darkness. Help us to live in a way that will make this world a better place.
